"Nothing happens but first a dream"

This is one of my favorite quotes by poet Carl Sandburg. Our dreams are whispers from our soul searching for our true purpose in life. When we stop dreaming, in many ways, we...stop living.

This beautiful 3 minute movie captures the essence of dreams. When you listen to the music, look at the photos, and read the words...something magical happens!

Don't forget to pay it forward by sharing this email with friends, family and co-workers. Just click on this link to watch. Go to:- http://www.thedreamsmovie.com/

ARE YOU IN THE BUSY-NESS OF SOUL?

By Tal Shai

Are you yearning to have a soul-centered business? One that allows you to spend most of your days (and life!) refining, expressing and activating your innate gifts and packaging these in ways that gracefully serve others in tapping their own magnificent soul essence?

It has been a dream of mine (for years!) to spend most of my days in the business (busy-ness(TM)) of tapping my inner wisdom and serving others in aligning with theirs, all the while honoring my inner joy as well as my natural rhythm and cycles.

As a continual seeker and explorer of the outer and inner terrains of life and consciousness, I progressed towards my dream, but I never took into account other aspects of my personality and hearts desires.

My love for travel, for example, and my desire to deeply honor and follow through with the whispers and calling of my heart (which guided me to live and study in many different parts of the planet), oftentimes meant that I let go of jobs, ventures and growing practices that I could not, for obvious reasons, take with me for the ride.

For me, listening to the essence of my soul meant surrendering to the attachments and desires of my ego (and yes, this also meant working 9 to 5 jobs while starting over in a new country, so that I could pursue a deeper calling!)

For years I judged myself for not fitting into the "9 to 5" box I thought I was supposed to inhabit. As more and more of my friends were "settling down", I continued to explore. I explored new countries, new interests and new ways of creating an authentically prosperous life (and for me that meant integrating the ways money flowed to me with what I loved doing anyway!)

It wasn't until recently that I really got it! For the first time ever I had a knowing, in every cell of my being, that living a soul-centered life had little to do with what others deemed "normal" or "socially acceptable". This moment of crystal clear clarity helped me quantum leap into what I have now coined my "prosperous purpose(TM)"!

I am filled with joy as I share my excitement with you. I hope you don't mind me sharing my delicious delight as I let out a joyful squeal: "Eureka, I found it... I really did find it!"

How do I know? The pieces of the puzzle are finally coming together in my life. I am seeing the dream I held only a few years back magically unfold before my eyes. ...and I have to confess that I am loving it! I get to live in different parts of the world without compromising my practice (in fact, it serves my practice, as I get to personally meet my clients who are based all over the world!) and do what I love full time.

(As you may have already noticed, my newfound clarity about what I do and whom I serve, is bringing about shifts in my entire brand, which will gradually show up in my website, newsletter and offerings. Also, let me say that I am so excited and grateful to have YOU be a part of my unfolding journey and continual exploration of new terrain!)

So, although I am planning an array of ways to share my personal journey and learnings with you, so that you too can join me on this delicious journey of alignment with authentic freedom and prosperity, here are a few "Soul-Centered Success Principles(TM)" you may want to already consider putting into practice!

Find your passion! This simply means getting to know your-Self really, really well.

Create a daily 'reminder' of your dreams and refer to them daily! Remember, out of sight means out of mind ...and let me tell you, your mind is a powerful ally in your co-creative process! I invite you to create a vision board, a digital movie clip or even a recording of yourself talking about your dreams. These strategies have worked wonders in my own life!

Commit to doing "whatever it takes" to activate your dreams! Of course, doing whatever it takes is always aligned with the integrity of your heart and soul!

Find a mentor or someone who is already living your dream (or parts of it). I cannot begin to tell you how powerful this is! It's not even about ingesting more information (although that is a part of it) but rather about immersing yourself in a vibration of prosperity and possibility. It literally works by osmosis!

Surround yourself with people who have great vibes and believe in your dreams. If you don't have anyone in your life right now, listen to authors you love and resonate with. Do whatever it takes to stay in the place of possibility!

Create a plan, both long term and short term.

Focus on "what" you want and not on "how" you will get there (there is always help in the "how" deaprtment!).
Surrender to divine timing. Honor the 20/80 rule (at least my version of it). Do your 20% , and Source (or that which you call source) will take it from there. We call this process synchronicity and grace. It's the rule that stands behind the idiom: "God helps those who help themselves!".

Have fun!

Just do it! (Trust "Nike" to give you a good 'ole kick in the pants!)

If you are ready to move forward with a soul-centered business, get busy saying yes to your soul's calling. That alone will set into motion a process of transformation. As Deepak Chopra so eloquently states, "If you want to experience your soul, which is absolutely possible, you must go beyond the more superficial levels of emotion and personality. This journey is a journey of knowledge and power. As you embark on it, everyday actions no longer mask the soul; they express its dynamic creative energy. In other words, touching the soul alters reality."

When our busy-ness(TM) is sourced in soul, then our work becomes our calling and we get to experience heaven on earth!

HOW TO CREATE A PSI ENERGY BALL

Here’s an exercise from the Unexplainable store that is aimed towards helping you build your inner energy levels, and practice propelling that energy outward.

We are going to talk about PSI Balls. A PSI Ball is basically a ball of energy that your brain forms in your hands, which you can send outward or use to accomplish tasks. Many Wicca’s, Spiritualists, and Telekinesis practitioners use PSI Balls for great benefit. The art of using PSI Balls can be used for any purpose, but shows extreme success in propelling energy outwards.

Okay, onto the Practices:

This practice comes in two parts. The first part is all mental. The entire practice should first be played through your mind only with no physical action. After you complete the mind visualization, you can awake from your mind programming session, and try the exact same exercise with your physical body.

Mental Practicing

To create a PSI Ball, first you must build your inner energy up and focus your energy on a single point. A strong technique to accomplish this is to close your eyes and meditate for a bit. Focus and picture your hands in front of you. With your eyes closed, actually see your hands, see the creases and lines, see your skin pigment, and notice the small details that make your hands unique.

Once you have a vivid visualization of your own hands, think of yourself rubbing them together for about 30 seconds. Feel the friction with your mind, feel the heat build up, and feel the power being produced. This should all be thought, and you should not actually be moving your physical hands. Your body should be still and relaxed, and your visualization should be strong.

Now with your mind, picture yourself opening your hands as you were receiving a gift. Focus your thoughts into the middle of your hands, and mentally extract the surrounding power from your hands. Let this power group together in the center of your palms. Using thought, form and shape this power into a ball of light. Let your mind dictate the color and size of the ball.

Now that you are visualizing a ball of power in your hands, propel this PSI Ball outward away from your body by throwing it. Not like throwing an overhead fastball, but by gracefully lopping it in the direction you want.

Watch as the PSI Ball of power leaves your hands and drifts quickly towards a solid object. When the Energy Ball makes contact with a solid object, visualize the power silently exploding and breaking into a million small specks of light. Watch as the light disperses and disappears.

With practice, you should be able to see the entire process vividly and perfectly.

Physical Practicing

When you awaken from your Altered State of Consciousness in which you just performed the mental practices, immediately open your hands in front of yourself and repeat the practice with your eyes open and with physical actions.

You must learn to visualize with your eyes open and control what happens in your eyes. Physically rub your hands together, watch the energy form into a ball, and fling the energy ball at the wall. Watch the energy disperse as it makes contact with the wall.

The Purpose And Uses Of PSI Balls

When you have mastered the use of PSI Balls, the energy you created can be directed and altered to accomplish any task you want. You can send this energy to heal, you can send it to move an object, or you can just send love.

The Proper Brain State

The frequencies which your brain is operating is the key factor for developing Brain Powers. The human brain is not naturally tuned to use nor accept these powers, but the power is within all of us. You can achieve results just using your inner brain power, but altering your brain’s frequencies with Binaural Beats speeds up the process dramatically.

Our ESP Recording is exactly tuned to frequencies where you can control the direction of thought. You can achieve the same results with intense meditation, but it takes much longer and is not nearly as effective for beginners. It is recommended that you pick up a copy of our ESP recording and use it during the mental aspect of these practices.

The Unexplainable Store are now giving away a wonderfully relaxing and powerful free sample of their unique brainwave entrainment technology. Go here:- http://www.store.unexplainable.net/ to collect the free download.

Abundance

How do we measure our abundance?
What does it mean anyway?
If we are penniless but loved
If we have nothing and are happy
If we are surrounded by loving people
Is this not abundance?

We are harmonic beings
If one of the pillars of life
Is out of balance
It affects the whole
Abundance is a matter of perspective
Of what is most important to us

If you have love in your world
You have the most wonderful gift
To share with others at this time
There are so many who have no roof
Who have little or no food for the body or soul
In our abundance let us not forget them

Our love and prayers are free to give
Free to enjoy and revel in
We have the luxury of freedom
Many do not
Use it wisely and willingly
Lest we forget………

Let Your Hair Down

When I first named my business, MasterPeace Coaching & Training, I envisioned all my clients playing BIG, peacing out and having a good time. I had no idea how many people thought that you either made a lot of money or you had fun. They didn't think it was a reality that you could have both.

It is not only my belief but a truth in my eyes that you if you focus on peace and fun, and believe you're worthy of prosperity, you will be the person who has it all.

So, c'mon party people and have some fun. Let your hair down. Care less about what people think and let your mind get creative and outrageous. What's the most fun you can imagine having today? This week?

Last Sunday, I met my brother and some friends at my favorite bar/restaurant near where my boat is docked. After enjoying some fish tacos and a Mai Tai (my fav fun drink) we headed out for some waterskiing. Near the end of the day, we saw several boats idling near a small island with summer houses.

I pulled out my Flip Mino movie camera for what unfolded next. There was a boat in the water that had thrown a ski rope that was connected to their boat up onto shore. A guy on shore grabs the rope and then hoses down a piece of plastic on the ground that is about 40 feet long. The plastic is laid out like the red carpet to the edge of the land.

Then to our delight, the guy on shore gives the thumbs up signal, and belly flops onto the plastic. The boat takes off and pulls the guy down the plastic toward the small cliff. He flies through the air and drops into the water. There are cheers from all the boats gathered around and the dozens of people on shore watching. I kept thinking, "This is something you'd see on YouTube!"

When was the last time you let your hair down and let the good times roll? I suggest at least once a day, set aside your to-do list and responsibilities and do something spontaneous and enjoyable. Walk in a new shop, peruse new websites, read the funnies...just do something unproductive. Savor every morsel of the moment.

Abundance will find you when you are relaxed or having some good clean (or dirty!) fun. Let it rip!

Heart Attacks and Warm Water

Heart Attacks And Drinking Warm Water

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about heart attacks

The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this ' sludge ' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack...

A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting . Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

A cardiologist says if everyone who reads this message sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life. Read this & Send to a friend. It could save a life. So, please be a true friend and send this article to all your friends you care about.

I WISH YOU ENOUGH........

I received this today from a friend; it is so beautiful I wanted to share it:

Recently I overheard a mother and daughter in their last moments together at the airport. They had announced the departure.

Standing near the security gate, they hugged and the mother said, "I love you and I wish you enough".

The daughter replied, "Mum, our life together has been more than enough. Your love is all I ever needed. I wish you enough, too, Mum".

They kissed and the daughter left. The mother walked over to the window where I was seated. Standing there I could see she wanted and needed to cry. I tried not to intrude on her privacy but she welcomed me in by asking, "Did you ever say good-bye to someone knowing it would be forever?".

Yes, I have," I replied. "Forgive me for asking, but why is this a forever good-bye?".

"I am old and she lives so far away. I have challenges ahead and the reality is - the next trip back will be for my funeral," she said.

"When you were saying good-bye, I heard you say, 'I wish you enough'. May I ask what that means?".

She began to smile. "That's a wish that has been handed down from other generations. My parents used to say it to everyone". She paused a moment and looked up as if trying to remember it in detail and she smiled! even more. "When we said , 'I wish you enough', we were wanting the other person to have a life filled with just enough good things to sustain them". Then turning toward me, she shared the following as if she were reciting it from memory.

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright no matter how gray the day may appear.

I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun even more.

I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive and everlasting.

I wish you enough pain so that even the smallest of joys in life may appear bigger.

I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.

I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.

I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final good-bye.

She then began to cry and walked away.

They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to
appreciate them, a day to love them but then an entire life to forget them.

TAKE TIME TO LIVE.....

I WISH YOU ENOUGH

Beware of Sharks in Dolphin’s Clothing

I came across this article today and thought it interesting enough to share - Enjoy!

“Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.”—Mark Twain

Have you ever noticed that some of the people who profess to be the most loving, spiritual people are some of the most angry, awful, judgmental people you’ve ever met?

I’ve been noticing a lot of sneak attacks from Sharks in Dolphin’s Clothing lately. They profess to be your friend or your mentor, but God spare us from such friends. Under the guise of being helpful, they “take your inventory”, point out your character defects, lack of training, age (either too old or too young), and just generally make you feel inadequate. Sometimes they’re aware of what they’re doing, and sometimes not. The result is the same.

I’m changing a few details of this story so that the individuals involved are not clearly recognizable, but I wanted to share with you the actions you can take to ward off these sneaky shark attacks:

One of my friends told me that a business mentor of hers said that she was going to have a difficult time in her new profession since there was a lot of competition out there and she didn’t have the appropriate experience to succeed (or words to that effect). Well, Mama Dolphin Chellie gets very protective of her people when she hears put-downs like that! Here’s what I wrote back:

This woman you mention may be a wonderful business person and do a lot of good in the world, so I am not going to say she’s a bad person…BUT! The responses she is giving you are certainly not helpful to you nor are they appropriate for a “mentor” who is supposed to be helping. It sounds like she has an “old school” mentality, and is rather rigid in her assessment of what might make someone qualified to be successful. It reminded me of the fight women had to get ahead in the workplace. No credit was given for women’s ability to manage a household, the family finances, the time-management and organizational skills it takes to get a team of people running smoothly as a group, and the sales ability to get kids to do their homework, pick up their room, etc. or to get a husband to remember their anniversary. The coaching, diplomacy, teaching, bookkeeping, financial skills needed to run a household absolutely translate into being talented and accomplished at many jobs, including yours. I invited you to make a personal inventory of your skills in the same manner and translate that into business skills, which would include the ability to be of loving service in nurturing others and to care deeply for others well-being. And you have how many years of experience at that?

As for your work being “too New Agey” – what does she mean by that anyway? Too soft or too fun or too touchy feely or too what exactly? I always find comments like that rather funny. Sort of like when the woman at the NAWBO meeting I spoke at told me after the speech that I really should dress more appropriately if I was going to talk about a serious subject like money (a reference to my gold tennis shoes). Well, she sold suits for a living, so I knew where she was coming from. And I understand that some people won’t like that I wear tennis shoes, but other people are charmed by it – and those are “My People” and she was “Not My People”. I would suggest that your “mentor” is “Not Your People” – not bad, not wrong, but just not YOURS. I’ll bet there are bunches of people who ARE Your People and will love everything about what you stand for and what you do. And they’ll even like things that are “too New Agey” too, I’ll bet.

Whatever you do, don’t take any one person’s disparagement of your skills or business model to heart before you test it for yourself. If you talk to this woman in the future, talk about the weather, or movies, or food, but don’t ask her for any advice because she probably can’t give you any that is constructive. One mentor might not be great for you where another one is. Try them all on for size, proud of who you are and relishing the differences between who you are and what you do and all the things that others might do. People will come who like you and what you have to say. Rely on it! The best revenge is living well, so go out and prosper helping others prosper!
